Directions

1180-C  South Mount Shasta Blvd

Take the second Mt. Shasta exit off I-5.  Go up Lake street towards the mountain.  Turn right at the second light onto Mt. Shasta Blvd.

Continue south past Lily’s restaurant on right and past Casa Ramos restaurant on left.  Pass Native Grounds Nursery on left.  My office is immediately after the nursery fence.  It is the grey building with a multiple sign post out front.

I am in Dr. Nathan Sivananda’s office.  1180-C on the north side of the building.

Walk in and have a seat in the waiting area.
